United Way Oxford announces record-breaking campaign total of $1,175,236 at Woodstock event

The United Way Oxford revealed Thursday evening at its annual campaign celebration that the 50th campaign has not only broken the record for dollars raised but exceeded that goal by $50,000.
The evening was also a chance for the United Way to honour businesses, groups and individuals in Oxford that made their spectacular 50th anniversary campaign a success.
The 10 spirit awards lauded the fundraising efforts of many organizations, including Toyota, GM CAMI Assembly, Western General, Oxford County, Zorra Township, Execulink Telecom, Heart FM, Western General, Holy Family Catholic French Immersion School, Fanshawe College and Farm Credit Canada.
