Choose your desired destination from our list of eligible destinations and explore your roaming options. Please note, in order to use your Execulink Mobility service internationally, you must have the latest version of our SIM card installed on your phone.

Visit MyExeculink to sign up for Roam Everywhere.

Arrive at your destination, turn on data roaming and ensure your APN settings are set up correctly. You will receive a welcome notification confirming that Roam Everywhere is active and ready to use. Now you can enjoy your trip with worry-free roaming from Execulink!

How does Roam Everywhere work?

Roam Everywhere allows you to use your phone as you would at home, while roaming internationally in 170+ destinations! Use your existing Mobility plan’s data, talk and text for a daily rate of $10 in the United States (U.S.) and $15 internationally (in addition to your standard monthly Mobility plan charges).

The daily Roam Everywhere rate is valid for 24 hours and will activate when you arrive in your destination and your phone begins roaming. You will only be charged on the days you use your phone for roaming. You will not be charged from incoming texts and data usage over W-Fi (when data roaming is turned off).

Roam Everywhere is only available on each individual phone per plan.

How can I sign up for Roam Everywhere?

Signing up is easy! First, choose your desired destination from our list of eligible destinations.

Next, visit MyExeculink and sign up for Roam Everywhere .

What happens when I arrive at my destination?

Once you arrive at your destination, turn on data roaming and ensure your APN settings are set up correctly. You will receive a welcome notification confirming that Roam Everywhere is active and ready to use. Now you can enjoy your trip with worry-free roaming from Execulink!

I have signed up for Roam Everywhere, why do I not have service?

If you are having trouble accessing your service while travelling, please consider the following:

– Do you have the latest version of our SIM card installed on your phone?
– Are you travelling within a country not included in our list of eligible Roam Everywhere destinations?
– Is your data roaming turned on?
– Are your APN settings set up correctly for roaming? Click here for set up instructions.

How do I turn on and turn off Roam Everywhere?

Once you sign up for Roam Everywhere and use it for the first time, this feature will then automatically activate on your phone the next time you travel outside of Canada. You will only be charged for Roam Everywhere when you are travelling/roaming in an eligible destination.

To avoid roaming charges, ensure roaming is turned off on your phone before you land in your destination, as charges will begin to accrue as soon as your phone connects to the international carrier (whether your phone is in use or not).

What if I don’t want to use Roam Everywhere when travelling?

If you’re not interested in our Roam Everywhere plans, check out our pay-per-use options. You will be charged standard roaming rates in that destination for your data, talk and text usage. This will be charged separately from your regular Mobility plan payments. Please note, if your destination is not included in our list of eligible destinations then your phone will not work.

What happens if I travel to a country not included the list of eligible Roam Everywhere destinations?

If you travel to a country not included in our list of eligible destinations, then your phone will not work. Please ensure you are travelling to a Roam Everywhere eligible destination before travelling.

Can I track my data usage while travelling?

You will receive notifications when you reach 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of your allowed data usage. For your convenience, we will send you a notification when you reach $50 in data overage charges, at this point, you will have the option to continue using data or have it disabled. You will also receive another notification when you have reached $200 in data overage charges; at this point, you will be required to make a payment to continue using your data.

What happens if I exceed my package usage?

If you are a Roam Everywhere customer and you exceed your package usage limit, standard pay-per-use rates for the country you are travelling in will apply.

Can I upgrade my Mobility plan while travelling?

Yes, simply visit MyExeculink to upgrade your Mobility plan. These changes will apply within the hour.

What happens if I need to make an emergency call?

Each country has its own emergency contact number. Before your trip, ensure you are aware of the emergency number available in the destination you will be travelling to.

What happens if I am travelling to multiple destinations in one day?

If you have signed up for Roam Everywhere and start your day in one destination and then travel to another destination within a 24 hour period, then you will only be charged the daily fee of the first destination you travel to that day. For example if you begin your day in the United States ($10/day) and end the day in Europe ($15/day), you will be charged $10 that day.

What is considered local and long distance calling while roaming?

If you are a Roam Everywhere user, making an outgoing call or receiving an incoming call from another number in the same destination as you, would be considered local calling. Calls made to or received from Canada while you are roaming in another destination are also considered local calling. Calls made to a country outside of your current destination (other than Canada) are considered long distance and you will be charged the standard pay-per-use rates of the country you are travelling in.

If you are using our pay-per-use option, all calls made and received will be charged at the standard pay-per-use rates of the country you are travelling in.

Please note, you will be charged applicable roaming fees for checking your voicemail. If you are calling 611 for assistance, you will not be charged.

Are cruises and in-flights covered?

No, the Roam Everywhere feature is not available on cruises and in-flights.

How reliable will my service be while roaming?

Speed and reliability is dependent on the international carrier’s network and may vary due to many factors such as network technology, environmental conditions, and landscape.
