Introductions: Who is Harry's Electric?

Harry’s Electric is a family-owned and operated business providing electrical contract services in Woodstock and the surrounding area. They offer 24 HR emergency services to their customers, so having reliable Internet and Phone services is essential.

 

The Challenge

Harry’s Electric wanted a VoIP (voice over Internet protocol) solution with more extensions and found their existing meridian phone system needed an update. The phone solution needed to be robust enough to handle all inbound and outbound calling.

The Solution

Harry’s Electric was already using Execulink’s Fibre Internet solution, so adding the Hosted Phone services was an easy addition. The Hosted Phone Solution provides an Internet-based Phone system that is hosted off-site at Execulink’s head office in Woodstock. To implement the solution, a site survey was required. As an electrical company, Harry’s Electric did some of the wiring themselves.

They decided to pursue a custom solution that was up and running within a month. They most frequently use these features: Multi-Line Hunt Group, Premium Attendant, Music on Hold, Call Park, Phone Paging, and Overhead Paging.

The expected outcomes were:

The Results
