High speed Internet for all questioned at Middlesex County Council

Should access to high speed Internet be a required service? Middlesex County Councillors are looking at this question right now and a decision will be made in the next couple of weeks whether to spend hard earned tax dollars on a system that will reach almost everyone, hopefully, in Middlesex County.
