Yes. An Execulink Internet plan and supporting router are required to support our Smart Home services.
You can monitor your video at any time using the Alarm.com app. For 24/7 recording of videos, an onboard Micro SD card (sold separately) is required and only certain cameras, like our outdoor video camera support 24/7 recording. Contact us for more details.
All Alarm.com cameras and Z-Wave devices use Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 128-bit encryption to ensure high-level video and data security, so you can rest assured that your camera feeds are private and protected.
