Can I use my own router as a Fibre customer?

So you want to use your own router but you aren’t sure if yours will work. Here’s what you need to know! 

If you decide you want to use your own router, instead of renting a router from us, you must have the following:

• Have your router username and password readily available when technician arrives for installation. We will need this information to connect potential set-top boxes.
• Your router Must be set to DHCP. 
• You must have a 5 Ghz wireless network available.

If you are unable to confirm any of these, we strongly suggest renting a router from us.
