Returning Hardware After Cancellation FAQ
How do I return rental equipment after a cancellation?
If you are returning your rental equipment because you have cancelled your any service with us, you are responsible for the cost of shipping. You may use any shipping company of your choice, but we do suggest that you use a company that provides a tracking number, rather than sending it through regular mail. Suggested services include: Canada Post Xpresspost, Purolator, UPS and FedEx. You are responsible for the modem until it is returned to Execulink Telecom.
