It’s always interesting to see census and labour market data from Statistics Canada to learn what’s going on in our society. Since March 2020, a lot has changed in the labour market, particularly regarding remote and hybrid work. The difference between the numbers of people that worked most of their hours from home in 2016 compared with April 2020 is extreme.
