How to Return Your Set-Top Box
If you no longer need your set-top box for your Link TV service, you can have it removed from your account by contacting us via phone, chat or email.
You must then return the undamaged hardware, including all cables and remotes, to one of our store locations by either mail or by visiting us in person.
Only once the hardware is returned will the set-top box be removed as a charge from your monthly invoice.
