Cannot Receive Inbound Calls

If you are an Execulink phone customer and can’t receive inbound calls, follow the steps indicated in this article to fix the issue.

  1. First, check for dial-tone on your telephone line. If you do not have a dial-tone, please call us at 1.877.393.2854.
  2. From your telephone, dial 958-3311. This is an automated number announcement line and it will read back to you the telephone number you are calling from. Please note that this will only work from an Execulink phone line.
  3. The number returned should be your telephone number. If not, there could be a misconfiguration.
  4. Contact technical support for further assistance with this issue.
